You kept hope alive, Iraq and Syria Emergency Appeal has resulted in keeping 24,000 families alive through winter.  Edmund’s story of help and hope given through a micro-loan enabling him to open a small supermarket in the Kurish town where he and his family found refuge.
MAFLanding in Liberia – MAF can now continue their work of flying to remote and inaccessible locations bringing personnel, medicines, food and other practical, essential cargoes.  MAF’s plan before Ebola struck was to serve Liberia’s poorest and remotest people, through aviation and technology. Christmas Lunch on Jesus – in the borough of Barnet, North London, where up to 3,000 families on low incomes were given hampers of food, and pass it on books, from the Bible Society in a combined outreach by churches and groups in Barnet.

Parliamentary Prayer Scotland and Pray for Scotland encourage us to participate as they launch As One Prayer Shield 2016 – toprayer run from Easter Sunday to our Scottish Elections in May 2016, with the aim to encourage prayer in our own area and praying for our government,  church and nation. Bible Society in Guatemala – as Bible Society volunteers visit a government run shelter for 800 young people each week, for one lad the only visitor he’d had in six years after his parents and then his aunt abandoned him.
