You Can’t Sit Down (Part One) – Phil Upchurch

Radio Scotland 242m DJ Ben Healy used the Phil Upchurch tune ‘You Can’t Sit Down’ as his show theme tune in the day when DJs had programme signature theme tunes to start their programme.  Irishman Ben Healy was on 242 Radio Scotland from on board the Comet during 1966-1967.  Pictured at a reunion in 2005 aged then 60.  He now lives in Canada.
