Thomas Lamb’s sons make appeal on Revival FM

On the Drivetime programme with Jules Crispin, the sons of missing Abronhill, Cumbernauld man Thomas Lamb (pictured left) have given 100.8 Revival FM interviews with additional information on the searches for their 79 year-old father and what the public can do to locate Mr Lamb.

Police Scotland are seeking the assistance of the public in trying to locate Mr Lamb, missing from his home since Saturday 2 July 2016.  Thomas Lamb, aged 79, left his home in Almond Road, Abronhill area of Cumbernauld on Saturday 2 July around 11.00am and when he didn’t return home on Saturday night, his family reported him missing to the police.

Enquiries so far have revealed that Mr Lamb was dropped off in Teviot Walk, in the town centre of Cumbernauld, before 6.00pm  on Saturday evening.   It’s believed he is seen outside the Carrickstone Bar talking to someone before making his way through the shopping centre.  He then exits the shopping centre at the old bus station.

He is around 5ft 8 inches in height, grey hair, with a slim build and walks quite slowly.  It’s believed he is wearing black anorak, multi-coloured jumper with a shirt underneath and blue trousers.
